Can I pre-order books before their publication date?
Books are available to purchase before their publication date. Please note that they will not be shipped out to you until their official publication date.
How can I track my order?
You should receive an email from our courier Mission Express within 48 hours of placing your order. This provides you with a tracking code and instructions regarding how to track your order. Please ensure that you check your junk emails.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days from when order is processed. However, this is dependent upon the country that your book is being shipped to as well as our own stock levels.
Can I change the currency of my order?
Yes, we allow customer to pay in GBP – British pound sterling, USD – US dollar, EUR- Euro. To change the currency that you would like to pay in simply use the drop-down menu that is located in the left-hand corner of the website.
Are duties and customs charges included in my order?
Unfortunately, each order is subject to potential duties and customs charges.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our courier of choice, Mission Express, ships internationally. However, delivery times may vary depending on the country that you are based in. If you want to confirm whether we ship to a specific country or have any further questions please email [email protected]
Can I amend a delivery address after an order has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot amend delivery addresses once an order is placed. Please check carefully when initially filling out your address.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. This is under the condition that the book is not damaged and can be re-sold.

Do I get a discount when I place a bulk order?
