1. How do I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is through our website. You can securely order online and we will dispatch the books to you, no matter where you are in the world.

Browse for a title or subject that interests you and press the 'Add to Basket' button to begin the online purchase process. Then follow the on screen instructions to securely order from Risk Books.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer the following payment options:

Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to: Incisive Financial Publishing Ltd

Bank transfer
If you would like to make a bank transfer, please contact Customer Services for details. Incisive Media will not incur bank charges as a result of payments via this method.

Proforma invoice
Please note, titles are despatched on receipt of payment.

We accept payments in £ sterling, US dollars and Euros.

4. How do I change the currency of my order?

Simply click on the currency symbol (choose from £, $ or €) to view or order your titles in your preferred currency. The shopping basket is located at the top right of the Risk Books website.

5. Risk Books guarantee

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, simply return your book(s) to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will undertake to refund the cost of the books in full.

6. What to do if you are experiencing problems with ordering online?

To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)

1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options".
3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.

1. Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3. Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x

1. Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
2. Click on the "Security" tab.
3. Click the "Custom Level" button.
4. Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.

To enable:
- Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".

- Click "OK".

7. Where’s my book?

If you have pre-ordered a title from our forthcoming list your book will be despatched as soon as the book reaches our warehouse.

We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays to the publication date.

11. Am I able to return a book?

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, simply return your book(s) to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will undertake to refund the cost of the books in full.

If you are one of our book distributors we can allow a 60 day period for returns; when returning any book(s) please include your reference or our order number so we can trace your order. If any book(s) are returned without this reference number they will not be able to be processed. All returns need to be in re-saleable condition.
