3. Postage and packing

Due to the high-value nature of our books all deliveries are made using a sign-for courier service.

If no one is available to sign for your delivery the courier will attempt to leave it in a safe place and notify you of its location.

Please note, if you are based in Russia (Taxes and Duties), Argentina (F4000 form) or Brazil (Tax ID) there are additional charges / forms that are required to be applied / completed:

Russian deliveries – customs will charge an additional fee for duties, taxes and admin charges. As this is not a set fee we’re unable to include it on our invoices. Please complete your order as normal. Our dispatcher (Mission Express) will be in touch to let you know how much these fees are, they will need to be paid locally, Mission Express is unable to take payment.

Argentinian deliveries - customs now require F4000 forms to be submitted for orders being placed by individuals, and for companies you are now required to provide an importers code. Please indicate your importers code with your billing details or alternatively email [email protected] with your F4000 form and order number (if you have requested an invoice through the Risk Books website).

Brazilian deliveries - customs require your Tax ID to be indicated with your billing details.
